Gavin has 15 years’ experience in top-tier management consultancies and leading HR functions at great brands including Yahoo! and T.G.I. Friday's. He goes weak at the knees when people, organisations, brands and change collide. Just so long as the work moves the numbers that matter for the business.
Alick Mighall Technology Director
Alick has been working in broadcast and new media for 15 years, leading technology projects and teams across all stages of the product development process. From initial ideas, through planning, deployment and building audience, he’s worked with clients such as Sky, AOL, Yahoo!, BBC, DHL, Coca-Cola, Tesco and Debenhams.
Matt Rogers Production Director
With 15 years’ print and production experience, Matt is our Mr Fixit and safe, reliable pair of hands. Although this might make him sound a bit dull and boring, nothing could be further from the truth. In a past life, he was also a professional cyclist, racing for the Great Britain team. So, as you can probably imagine, he’s far too skinny.
